General info	MSTest is a Unit testing framework for the .net framework MSTest is fully integrated with Visual Studios and works natively without the need for any plugins. MSTest is better suited for only using Microsoft technologies rather than mixed technology environments.	Nodeunit is a Nodejs testing framework that has Simple syntax, powerful tools. Nodeunit provides easy async unit testing for node.js and the browser. Nodeunit was one of the first testing frameworks developed for node. It was very useful at the time, but there's an overwhelming number of other worthwhile testing solutions out there that are actively maintained. tap, ava, tape, mocha, jasmine, jest, ... the list goes on and on.
